Hi , donating blood is a generous thing to do as there is always a shortage . If all your tests have come back clear , and you have not practised any risky sex since your last test you should be clear to donate .
The best thing to do is tell all this to the clinic who collect the blood , I'm guessing they probably do their own HIV tests on all donated blood as routine anyway .
All the test that i did came out negative and the questions they ask you while donating are "did have sex in the last 12 months, have you ever done HIV test and many more questions like the ones i mentioned

If you have not had sex for two years and all the tests were negative you are certainly do not have HIV infection .

I expect the blood clinic will want to do their own checks just to be certain .
