hi i have recently done a hiv self kit test but the result come back as there was a technical problem, and i have to go the clinic to be re test please i am really really worrying what does this mean

It means exactly what it says on the label !

For some reason your self test was considered unreliable , so they are asking you to go to the clinic for a retest .

This is just good sense as no one would want to receive test results that weren't correct , now would they ?!
