Hello, I can only imagine what it is like for you. Are you been seen by a consultant? I was diagnosed in 2012 and it was so scary. Over time, I met other people living with HIV and with the support I got from my peers, plus my medication and seeing my consultant I have been able to cope. HIV is a manageable condition. What will be most useful for you now? Do you live in the UK?

Hello, welcome on here and welldone for having the courage to come here and share your story. I am sorry to hear you are struggling with anxiety and depression. I did and actually still do struggle myself sometimes but I always get support. Have you seen your GP? what support have you got at the moment? are you living in the UK ? because there is support available for you here.

Let me tell you that hiv is a harmless virus that most people have. It does NOT turn into AIDS .You along with others are being murdered by big pharma. You need to go to YouTube and search for dr.willner and watch his videos. He exposes the scandal of so called AIDS. All the people who died of AIDS were poisoned with AZT. The treatment for so called hiv will kill you. They are all poisons. You need to spread this word as much as you can.
