hi meg i know its a worry when you experience breathlessness, but as everyone has told me on here try not to worry, and yes although if they give you a stress ecg test you may experience breathlessness again you have to think that you will be in the best possible place for them to treat it,also remember that at least you will get an answer which is less to worry bout than when you dont know why things happen,,that can be more of a worry,,and if your ecg was ok at the gps then like the doctor said that is a good sign,,and remember sometimes breathlessness can be as something as simple as anemia or an infection,,,im currently waiting for a cardiologist appointment and am also concerned about what they might find although my ecg at doctors was fine,,??..i m currently experiencing missed heart beats?which happened out of no where so i know how you feel waiting for app..but like i said try not to worry yourself and look at the positive that your first ecg was good,,..wish you all the best louise xx

Thank u louise,I never thought of that,I'm just sat here mopeing at the mo,and upset,I just want to get theses tests overith ,it seems to b takin so long, but thanks for replying xxx

Maybe take a gentle walk. Being outside is good for the soul. You will get through this and there will be sunnier days ahead. Be kind to yourself, have a think about some good times in the past. Listen to some soothing music....all things must come to an end, even the bad stuff......thinking of you and sending you good vibes......

Hi meg, By now some of your worries will no doubt be sorted out. Sounds as if you need someone to understand what you are going through. Only hope the nursing staff and doctors have been able to reassure you. I get occational asthma but the inhaler sorts me out. Once had bad attack then found inhaler left at home, luckily a lady guided me into nearby chemist, otherwise would have been ambulance emergency. Apart from that the angina spray works a treat. Great to have medication to help ...so I am sure you will be sorted out soon.
