Travel Insurance for heart conditions

I’m hoping to travel abroad next year (2022) but have heart problems.Can anybody suggest a good travel insurance company?

I have Brugada syndrome and use Virgin Travel Insurance - purely because it is so easy to apply on-line and include your conditions. It bumps the premium up but not as much as it does for life insurance......sob.
