Taurine to treat pvc
Hi Nikki, I tried aTaurine supplement after hearing about it but eventually stopped it when I started taking Magnesium, as as I found the Magnesium really did seem to help. Everyone's different though and some people recommend it so I think it's a case of trial and error and finding what works for you. Good luck!
Hi Nikki , Yes i too have have several types of arrythmias over the years, mainly ectopics.Imagine my surprize after 35 years of having several different Doctors try to solve the problem with beta blockers etc.I did a youtube search about 18 months ago and found the york cardiologist talking about Magnesium Taurate. Thus began my journey into magnesium.
Taurate is the only one FOUND in large measure in the heart muscle and is given to people who mainly have AF.I began taking 250 mg a day and within 3 days my ectopics more or less stopped.I also found glycinate is good for overall anxiety, and threonate is good for the brain, memory.Nowadays i take 500 mg of both and have no ongoing issues for the past year.
Reasearch Dr.Carolyn Dean and you will begin to see the common denominator in most illness stems from low magnesium. It is leeched out of the soil and farmers only put back nitrogen and phosphate, so our foods are sadly lower in this vital mineral.Stay safe be happy get well.
