I had afib long time ago , had done all tests required and I was diagnosed with PVC , at that time I didnt feel them , but few days ago I started to feel the thumb in the chest so now am at full blown flare up that am trying to fix

I was at about 6 months ago prescribed concor 2.5 mg and aspirin 100 mg but never took them and went with healthy diet that fixed my afib and never been in afib since 6 months

I started taking magnesium in the morning and the baby aspirin in the night before sleep and thinking about adding potassium to the cocktail so if anyone can help in the meds part please do , thx and hope I could help u out but am in the same shoes as u now

Good luck and best of wishes for ur recovery

My cardiologist started me on magnesium. I was getting the fluttering about a year after I got my ICD.

I have PVC's as well. Been through the tests echocardiogram, Stress echo, blood tests. They told me I could have metoprolol but I said no. I started taking magnesium, first 500mg a day then down to 380mg then 240mg and bottomed out at 120mg per day. I just started back to 240mg a day. Trying to find my sweet spot. Magnesium has helped me a lot though. I still get Pvc's every day but nowhere near as many as before the magnesium. Hope this helps you out. Cardiologists all told me not to worry about it, told me my heart was fine and the metropolol would just be treating my symptoms not any real problem. I dont think they understand how bad it sucks living with these damned things.
