Hello ! I have recently been experiencing episodes of multiple concurrent symptoms . They usually start after my first meal of the day regardless of the type or size of the meal . I feel esophagus pain , lump in my throat , difficulty swallowing , multiple PVCs , rapid heart beats with the urge but inability to burp . I also feel palpitations in my stomach specifically near my bellybutton . The scariest part is the skipped heart beats that are followed by severe palpitations almost leading to fainting . Not sure if PVCs are a result of my digestive symptoms or the latter , such as the difficulty swallowing , are caused by the PVCs ! The episodes usually happens after a meals. Tried several PPI such as Pantoprazole 20 mg & Omeprazole 40 mg but did not help . Wonder if the Vegus Nerve is behind the chain of these symptoms !

Any Relation Between PVCs & Difficulty Swallowing ?!
Hello, have you gotten a CT of your abdomen to rule out any type of aortic aneurysm?
I have very similar symptoms. I have gastric issues and af and svt. Had so very many tests both cardiac and gastric over the last year, in particular gastric wise.
I now find eating throws me into af and svt, the mechanics of eating not the type of food. I had an phone consult with my gastric surgeon last week and they are discussing my case at their next multi disciplinary team meeting.
Yes the vagus nerve is clearly involved but I have no idea what can be done about it. I am not expecting much help as I don’t think there is anything much that can resolve the issues in my case. I am grateful someone is trying to help me as I have been very low dealing with it all and feeling poorly so much of the time. I can’t take ppis or h2 receptor meds unfortunately.
Hope you find a solution or some help at least.
I get a tickle in the throat and an irritating cough whenever the ectopic beats show up followed up by the occasional blurp. Anyone here relates with these symptoms ?
