SVT holter recording

Hi I had a 24 hour holter recording a few months ago which showed 14 runs of SVT.I have high blood pressure and mild lvh as well.My GP said it was nothing to worry about and to be honest at first I thought they were talking about common or garden ectopics which I've had for years. Can anyone share their experiences? When I have them they are very short lived, lasting only a couple of seconds but I have woken at night with a fast heart which lasts a bit longer but only goes up.to about 100bpm.Also, what other symptoms do people get with SVTs?Thanks.
