Ectopics: Hi all, has anyone tried... - Heart Rhythm Diso...
Ectopics

Have you tried Magnesium Taurate? It worked for me. Good luck.
im currently on day 5 of magnesuin cirtrate, how long does it take to work? i cant find taurtate here in australia
Hi. Yes I tried. Tea from the dried leafs, not the berries. Unfortunatly it made no difference with me. Best of luck.
yes i have the dried loose tea how long did you drink it for and your ectopics ar gonenow?
Hi. I used to drink 500 ml daily. I still suffer from ectopics ans ocasionally atrial flutter (very short bursts). I got used with the ectopics. It gets worse with hot weather. I suffer from this for four years.
How do u know what an atrial flutter feels like?
Atrial flutter raises bpm and I clearly feel it like my chest is vibrating. I got two episodes on holter, so I know its atrial flutter. How old are you and since when do you suffer from ectopics?
Im 37 on and off for 4 years now ive felt a vibration before but lasted 5 secs
I'm 44. Getting used to feel these strange heart beats. Have you spoke to a cardiologist? Anxiety has a lot to do with ectopic beats. As you feel more relaxed, you'll have less ecropics. Anxiety feeds ectopics.
Ive seen a cardiologist and seen the electrophysiologist arpund 7 tines in 4 years. Have a look at my post its long. Why do they cone and go. I want them gone. Should i have a specific diet. I ised to be crippling anxiety agoraphobia and now when im most relaxed upon waking or reading laughing they happen then i panic and lose interest in what im doing and focus on my heart beat.
Hawthorne berry is very good for the heart, though I do not think it will stop Ectopics.
I have used it for years though it has not stopped my Ectopics.
I am on Bisoprolol 2.5 Mg morning for years and 1.25 Mg recently evenings,I get both Ectopics and some AF at times. No,it does not stop them.
Most Ectopics are harmless and listening on YouTube to a Cardiologist from York UK,
unless you get 22,000 a day not to worry.
AF is more concerning of course .Maybe I should give up my 1 coffee a day and 1 red wine?
I take natural anti coagulants,Serrapatase, Nattokinase,Gingko Bilboa etc .All good for circulation and Safe!
Been used in Europe I read for 30 years.
Dr says ectopics latest recorded were 8 in 24 hrs
You are very lucky if you only get 8 in 24 hours, on bad days I can get 1000s in 24 hours !
I fear they will get worse or havent been caught. The feeling is scary i wouldnt care if i didnt feel them.
You get used to it.
I don't think i ever will.
Honestly take my advice if you're getting 2, 4, 8, or that few within one day I would never pay them a second of attention ever again and just get on living. This sounds harsh but people like myself who get thousands and thousands nonstop every day would love to be in your position. You're in zero danger, you're literally wasting your life worrying about something you're experiencing for no more than 10 seconds out of your day. Seriously you need to forget about them. Nothing bad is happening to you.
I feel like an ass hole
I'm sorry x
Honestly you're not, I get it, I just hope you just forget about them and just enjoy your life instead of worrying about them, because you likely never will, but if you ever did end up in a situation like mine where you're getting them several times a minute all day long then you'll regret you didn't enjoy it how you have it now while you can.
Do you have thyroid issues? What's your story. I know I'm the worst health anxiety on level 1000% the feeling of them cripple me.
You feel 1000s a day?
I don't have thyroid issues, I have dysautonomia. This is the trigger for having so many. I was perfectly normal one day and then like a lightswitch I was very sick with tachycardia, bradycardia, PVCs all day long, and a whole list of other issues. I literally have 3 or 4 every minute of every day, they never stop, I get no break from them. So far they've failed to kill me, though. The interesting this is if you did a holter monitor on as many random people as you like, at least 70% of them will have at least a few ectopics on their holter, just like you. Your holter results are literally normal for the vast vast majority of people. There's not a single human being you'll meet today who does not have the same or roughly the same number of ectopics as you. It's about as normal as normal can be. You don't have anything to worry about. When they start railroading out of control, as with me, that *may* signal something else going on, but the issue is the underlying condition (such as my Dysautonomia) and not the irritated heart which is just more or less a signal that something is wrong. Another astonishing fact is I'm not even the worst. I get maybe 1,000 or so every day. This is around 1.5% of all my heart beats. There are people out there walking around with bigeminy all day long which is 25,000 every day - and most of them don't die - so the risk of having 8 in a day is so infinitesimally small it might as well be 0.
Shit. You know I'm always dizzy. Worried I had pots drs say I don't but I always feel shit abd like you woke up had vertigo then my forst episode of palps ehich I'll never forget felt like 1000 beats in 15 secs it just wouldn't stop. Like revving an engine I was having my chest for it to beat normal again and since then followed vertigo and chronic tinnitus and health anxiety begun. Full time homebody riddled with fear.
Trust me you don't have pots and you don't have dysautonomia. Believe me you'd know about it if you did. I didn't wake up with vertigo I literally collapsed and woke up in an ambulance. There's no way you had 1,000 heart beats in 15 seconds or anywhere close. You'd be dead if that happened. Standing up quickly will cause vertigo. It'll cause a few extra beats. Again it's normal. You should stop looking for a problem that does not exist, honestly.
That was my forst epidofe ever. Picture rolling your tongue then on high speed that was my heart for 10 secs
Im scared. How do u treat yours . I get dizzy them. They come and go in waves and sometimes get.many many
