Im scared everyone. I lay after feeling exhausted and out of no where feels like my hearts farted or a fish out of water flopping around or a short rapid burst of what feels like blowing bubbles into a glass of water through a straw. It gives me horrific anxiety. I always run back to the electrophysioloist. Im scared i want them gone. They come and go . I loathe it.

I started. It gave me horrible headaches. They come and go and when I rest boom like blowing bubbles into a glass of water or a fish flopping around. I drink 2 litres a day how do you cope with the feeling I’m scared
Hi I understand how you feel I get that same feeling sometimes some strange flutters then I just feel off tired and hazy like.I take verapamil and flecainide but still get the occasional flutters and pvc’s they really get me down also.
I have had AF for years but my heart went into sinus rhythm over a year ago and although I have CHF and a mechanical mitral valve I felt so energetic and good. AF came back about a week ago and now I have to have a halter, probably an echo and see the cardiologist. I just wish it would go away. is there ant natural way of regaining sinus rhythm? I take Warfarin, Bisoprolol 5mg Losatran 100mg, Eplerenome 25mg and furusemide, I also take Hiprex which is to stop constant UTIs. Is there anything elso I can do as I do not know if I can tolerate any more meds. AF is so debilitating!
I know what ytou mean Contra - I believe we've 'spoken' before - and all I can say is what your doctor and consultant will have said, that ectopics are not dangerous or threatening. Sure, they can be, but then there would be something behind them, and that would be picked up by the various tests you've had. I mean, by comparison, that a headache is almost always just a headache - but it might be a brain tumour. I'm 79 and have had ectopics since I was about 30. They come and they go. But they cause me very little worry, even tho' at times I awakened with a stream of ectopics bumping around my chest - I go back to sleep. Please try to take something from what I'm saying. You're okay, and you're going to go on being okay - keep that to the forefront of your mind.
With Best Wishes,
Patrick
Well Contra, if I gave you my number it would be there for everyone to see, and maybe use, and I haven't the time for that. But I'm very willing to talk to you here on a more or less daily basis?
I I didn’t mean your phone number that’s a little invasive I meant an inbox message. Do you take supplements
