Magnesium & PVCs

I just found this article and thought it was worth sharing.

I would say I have 6 out of the 8 symptoms of low magnesium which includes PVCs. I’ve started taking a supplement for these, as well as a wide range of other supplements (including D3 and B complex). My last lab work showed I was vitamin D deficient and I was previously anemic.

I’ll update my post as the days/weeks progress to give insight into any changes (positive and negative) of these new added supplements.
