Hello

I want to try taking magnesium but will struggle with large capsules - I saw there is a Floradix magnesium liquid and wondered if anyone has experience of this brand

Thanks!

I have never used that brand but I find liquid works better for me than pills.

I use magnesium citrate capsules, cut one open, sprinkle it on my muesli. Can't taste it. I assume this is ok, maybe check with a doctor.

Wonderful medicine but i would try Protecor which also has magnesium in. I swear by all these.

Magnesium citrate 200mg tablets are quite small and slip down easily.

Hi, I know this post is old but I am looking for a liquid magnesium as I struggle with large tablets.I think it is best to check with the individual suppliers as some tablets cannot be crushed. I have read that a good supplement should include ideally the following 3 - citrate, glycinate and malate which are 3 of the most effective and bioavailable types. After having searched online the nearest one I can find is by Natures Answer which does a liquid mag malate and glycinate. I might try this!
