Well it’s time for bed.. I actually dread this time of day because when I lay on my back, or my right side, my PVCs start acting up. It’s so annoying!! Anyone else?

Me too, the PVCS get really bad and sometimes keep me awake. I understand it’s very normal for this to happen.

I find it interesting how people are different, i find laying the most relaxing for me. My pvcs either stop all together or lessen when I'm laying down. But as soon as i get up or moving about they act again, i feel i find myself in my bed more these days because of this.

Hi,

I don't know your heart health background, but I have been reading about the vagus nerve being affected in different positions. Are your troublesome heart beats related to this maybe?

Just a thought, wasn't sure if you knew about it.

Thanks for your post
