Yesterday I ended up being taken to Hospital after feeling like I was about to pass out. ECG and blood tests were normal and I was fine afterwards but the Doctor said he thought it was due to cardiac collapse. I’ve never heard of this. Has anyone out there come across this? It sounds really scary.

I have ectopics,Svt and mitral valve leak. I feel dizzy and if I,m going to collapse sometimes. I do not take a beta blocker, deciding whether to have ablation or not.
It sounds like the pre syncope I used to get when bisoprolol brought my heart rate to low before I had a pacemaker.
Google he say:
Cardiovascular collapse can be caused by arrhythmia, an abnormality in the heart rhythm, problems that arise from electrical flow of the heart's pacemaker and other heart conditions like cardiomyopathy and coronary artery disease.
