Is there any way of reducing that black cloud slow brain fog, called dementia?

I have had epilepsy for over fifty years, plus all the various medications "stuffed" into me over the years, have been disabled all my life, a dictionary of other medical 'goodies' in my long medical cv 🙄, but now retired, tired of that endless brain fatigue that hangs over me, the inquiring looks placed in my direction, the assuming looks of "he's got dementia" I get so angry, but then that 'tiredness' binds in on me, 'forget it you've got dementia, it's 'normal!' 😩

There are things you can do to keep the brain cells firing, quizzes, crosswords, sudoku, etc., or if that isn't your thing is there a oldies group you could meet up with? I'm thinking of doing that, if I can find the local group.

Often meeting other folks can spark memories and bring some enjoyment. Cheers, Midori
