I have bad Essential Tremors in my left hand, I BELIEVE caused by benign tumour operation left elbow 2012 and AZ vaccine reaction 2021

I have been treated for PD twice both negative, 2016 and 2021. I have Schwannomatosis NF3 whereby I have benign tumours that grow on my nerve canals underneath my skin, I had an operation to remove one [baked bean size] on my left elbow. In 2021 I had a serious reaction to AZ vaccine, both on left arm, whereby I lost the use of my left arm, approx 10% use of left arm left, three years later was able to use left arm [looks normal?] but not surprisingly ET of left hand/arm, which under pressure can partly affect use of right hand. Any suggestions?
