Prosthetic ribs?

I have pectus carinatum/pigeon chest, I also have epilepsy, since I was 14, now aged 66, so of course rib cage structure a bit of a mess, when my ribs break, naturally as they are not in a natural state, they are particularly fragile and easily refracture, any one heard of some sort of prosthetic ribs?
