Successful Ageing

I am interested in interviewing guests on my Successful Ageing podcast, who are navigating their way towards successful ageing, outlining any obstacles and or health, fitness or cognitive challenges faced and what successful strategies have been employed to elicit a successful outcome. Please get in touch as would love to have you share and hear your story.

I see this is an old post, but if still open I would chat with you. I am age 65, with Polycythemia Vera, Neurofibromatosis Type 1, and other health issues. Have had recent surgery to remove tumor on jaw, brain surgery to remove pilocytic astrocytoma (last year), catheter ablation of heart to treat atrial tachycardia (two years ago), one really God-awful Green Laser PVP/TURP and other interesting and unique learning opportunities. Despite all this I am doing well and enjoying my life. It really is a choice you can make and there are things you can do to age better.
