I've been meaning to try this recipe for years, and decided tonight was finally the night! I really fancied some stuffed mushrooms, and decided this would be a good filling to try with them, and I was not disappointed!
I made some garlicky cannellini bean mash to serve, although it was far too much food in the end.
Also topped with guacamole and some saurkraut.
