Has anyone completed a bone broth fast? Any tips and any info on what supplements/vitamins you should take during this fast?

Thanks

I have completed a bone broth fast before. My biggest tip would be to make sure to keep your electrolytes up throughout the fast. Definitely make sure to drink plenty of water and if possible make sure to add a pinch of Himalayan sea salt or electrolyte supplements like magnesium to your bone broth and water. Anything that can replenish your minerals and electrolytes while fasting is key.
