I know you are really busy at the moment but you are very young to be getting on the diet industry's bandwagon. You deserve better nutrition than this.

You need to learn to eat proper food and not exist on a liquid diet. I did the slimfast about 35 years ago and it teaches you nothing about the value of foods and portion control and I loved the vanilla one so much I practically treated it like a drink, I lasted 2 weeks and lost a few pounds but as soon as I went back on normal food it all went back on!

Have a look at the NHS Choices weightloss site and try to understand the principles of eating food and losing weight.

hi guys!! thank you for your feedback and concern but i eat 2 meals a day and replace the third with a shake, i also eat 2 snacks a day and drink lots of water ect so know bandwagon hopping and no none eating haha i still eat 1200 calories a day and this shake makes it 1400 i've been advised by my gp to not intake more than 1400 calories a day and so far i've lost half a stone doing this in 2 weeks, i'm no stranger to weight loss and 5 years ago lost 4 stone doing a shake and special k diet and regained my weight after a life event made me very depressed and i spent a year in bed! again i take all your lovely advice on board but don't worry about me i see a dietitian 3 times a month :D xxx
