For lunch today, I tried to slightly change what I was having on the side with my cold cheese sandwich. Instead of a Greek yogurt, I substituted some leftover homemade trail mix my Niece had helped do a few weeks ago. The cheeses that I had used with the gluten free bread and mustard were: Mild Cheddar, Swiss and Muenster. Everything was really good. The total amount was 50 carbs..
