Hi Blueruth ,
Your Zucchini Alfredo sounds and looks fantastic. I like pistachios, too when it’s possible to get them.😀👍🍝
That looks so good, really tasty and fresh. I've been thinking about getting a spiralizer. How easy are they to use if you have naff joints and can you do quite alot of different recipes with them? Thank you
I have a really small hand spiralizer because I don’t want another appliance. What is naff? The little one isn’t hard but I am guessing the little one is too manual but there are other ways. Use an peeler and slice them thinner is one. That would be great for roasted thin fries. I have only used the gadget for zucchini noodles which you don’t have to cook. I have seen butternut squash pre spiraled in Whole Foods. That sounds yummy!
Wow Blueruth
I love the look of your Zucchini Alfredo, it looks so appetising and I bet it tasted delicious!
