I will definately be posting more food up and look forward to seeing your stunning creations as always ๐
I loved the mature block as I baked macaroni for my little cousin and I just tried feta block so yummy too and fits my health conditions. Go for it Debs. ๐
I canโt wait to see your upcoming meals from your fav cook book Bosch. ๐๐โค๏ธ
I love kiwis and this salad looks so good๐. It's so green, bursting with nutrition and looks full of flavor. You are so versatile in the kitchen ๐๐ค. You have a new beautiful creation every day!๐๐
This is absolutely the right approach ๐. I see you spoil yourself with healthy foods and you feel joyful knowing you are taking care of your well being. I love your reverence for life and it reflects in the way you eat. Well done Koko!๐๐ค
Hey Kainain they do look like dices that Iโm looking at them now ๐๐คฃ๐ Refreshing and fun salad then! Check โ Hope you managed your dinner and enjoy. ๐
Yes ๐ I had a salad just like you. Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, some crotons added to lettuce and carrots cabbage. Threw on some ham for protein
I think Parmesan cheese was what threw me off the first time I had Cesar salad and then I never wanted again. Not on pizza or anything. Plus Iโm lactose intolerant so cheese is very selective for me. Enjoy your salad ๐ฅ ๐๐
Thank you Happyman4! ๐ค๐I am sensing you are going to create some interesting version of salad ๐ฅ soon! ๐๐
Itโs not your mobile fault, I think the network was acting up for a minute. ๐ค
Thank you for saying that, itโs very kind of you!๐๐
Yes, I love the green elements for summer refreshing type of salad and some healthy vegan cheese. I had fun with testing the salad dressing and it works beautifully for this type of fruit salad.
Youโre welcome and hope you have a wonderful week ahead! ๐ค๐๐บ

Thank you Anime45 for saying that and Welcome to HE! ๐๐
Itโs a refreshing Summer salad and I hope you enjoy making it sometimes. ๐
Have a lovely Sunday! ๐โฎ๏ธ๐บ
Youโre welcome. What is your style of cooking? What do you usually like making? ๐
I can see you invest in making your meals by reading and creating variety of dishes.๐To me, any type of traditional food has a heavy side to it and I tend to steer away by incorporating more international ingredients into my dish.
Iโm glad you pick and choose carefully your takeouts from restaurants.๐
Do you follow any particular type of diet according to your health needs? I myself just started gluten-free diet to eliminate all possible causes to my hormone imbalance condition.
Iโm glad you are proactive with your diet tailored to your health condition now. ๐ According to Harvard public health, โEverything in moderationโ is a useless advice. There are things we need to eat a lot and things we need to completely cut out from our diets such as sugar or processed food where moderation intake is dangerous.
I was tested for Coeliac also and the test was negative but i also read that false negatives are common and what we need is to experimenting with our food and monitor our health progress. 9 out of 10 cells in our bodies depend on whatโs in our guts. We have to be mindful about everything.
You are absolutely right, healthy mind and body should be going hands in hands. I think we are on the same path of healthy food enlightenment and Best wishes to you! ๐๐๐บ
Iโm sure with great awareness, youโll manage just fine. ๐๐บ
