Dear All,
earlier today, well yesterday now actually, I- along with my Mother- went to Grandma Lilly's Tea Shop that we both now well (it was actually the Take Away, I have mentioned before).
I had the Roast Beef, well what else really.... Roast beef, potatoes, served with carrots, peas, cabbage and 'meat juice' gravy- not forgetting the Yorkshire pudding!
Since it is June, after all, I had Strawberries & Cream for Dessert....Yum, Yum.
My Mother had the Spanish Omelette a good choice too, I had it about a month ago.
I paid for the Lunch, my Mother the Shopping- we agreed that 'that' was About Right.
In all a Very Good Time was had, by us both.
