This is what I had for dinner tonight. It was 66 total carbs. for the entire meal. It was really great and I enjoyed it. The tofu was extra firm. The curry sauce had coconut mixed in and was on the Jasmine rice. For dessert, I had a Greek mango yogurt. It all went well together.

We like firm tofu the most, but if we canβt get it, then we get regular tofu as a substitute now and then. The Jasmine rice is really good. When we donβt have it, we use brown or wild rice.ππ
Yes, itβs good to drink water especially when itβs warm out so we donβt get dehydrated. Itβs also good so we donβt have a burning feeling when eating.ππ

Yes, the curry sauce we used was mild and was an orange color. The coconut was already in the sauce as a mix, so we didn't have to add anything-- except for the Jasmine rice and tofu underneath. Really delicious!

I dont cook with mum I live on my own . I dont like sharing pics of my meals with everyone (only my friday roasts with my mum & dad) -Im probably the only one who doesnt -but i prefer to keep mine private
We don't have the recipe for the sauce since it's not homemade. We ordered it from a store near our house and picked it up when we got our order of other food over the weekend. Same with the rice and tofu. Sorry!
