y dose it feel like every small thing i eat... - Healthy Eating
y dose it feel like every small thing i eat leaves a big impact on my body ??????
For one what you eat does have a big impact on your body, and that is why you do not want to eat a whole bag of candy. For two your eyes like to play tricks on you, those people telling you that you are not fat are most likely trying to help you see yourself as you really are. Believing that you are fat can be dangerous if you are not actually fat. If you do not want to believe them then ask a doctor or someone like that (or check your records) they can tell you whether or not you are really fat. Last thing you are not fat, sure you may be bigger than you once were but that does not make you fat, besides you are in sports now so that should help you remove those corona pounds.

If you are worrying that eating a giant chocolate bar will affect you, then that's one thing, but if you're worried about everything you eat, then it sounds like your anxieties are the unhealthy thing here, and I think you need to work on addressing them before they become an eating disorder.
You need to assess what people you follow on social media, removing the ones who make you feel not good enough, and starting to follow the ones who have good health messages.
It's natural for us all to have gained weight in the last year. Our bodies aren't designed to stay the same weight forever, but you really don't have to worry about it. Everyone is in the same boat as you, no one will judge you poorly for it.
