I have found a good programme on the BBC called Lose Weight Get Fit (or the other way around), and it has been a good motivator. It has made me want to cook ore whole meals and eat healthier. Obviously it helps if you have a celebrity chef creating a meal plan and recipes for you, but it is still motivating nevertheless.
I would not be concerned about recipes if you have limited time Sean unless you really enjoy creating and cooking tasty creations which will help you with your weight loss journey. Plan ahead and choose simple nutritious filling meals which support your journey to lose weight. Exercise is a bonus what you eat makes the biggest difference as to whether you will retain or lose weight. Booze will not support weight loss ππ½
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Excellent, I'll have a look at that. Fortunately you can cook nutritious meals in fairly limited time.
Just like the saying "you have to dig deep" resonated with you--when you said "something is better than nothing"--that resonated with me. I have discovered little bags of frozen vegetables. Some I like. Some I don't. I have been trying to eat one bag each day. I actually think I am feeling better. There is a Green Giant antioxidant one that is really tasty.
