Good luck with it Sean. I had some cheese a few days ago and the scales have gone up three pounds. Really cheesed off 🧀☹️ I know how you feel. We are only human and bound to have the occasional blip along the way.Best wishes

You are only human and life is very difficult at the moment. Don't beat yourself up. Take it one day at a time. Don't worry about tomorrow, just get through each day and don't put so much pressure upon yourself. If there is something in particular, such as chocolate, which is a weakness for you, it is best not to have any in the house. It is awfully difficult not to give into temptation, especially if you are feeling down. Try to have available food which you enjoy but which is also healthy and never let yourself get hungry. Start afresh on your diet tomorrow and forget about the mistakes you might have made yesterday. Good luck!
