Have you been under any stress with your job? Sometimes, stress can keep a person from getting the correct amount of sleep.

I agree. Unless there's been some specific change in your life that could have caused this, I would go see the doctor sharpish.

I had similar symptoms a while ago and after blood test found out my iron levels were really low and so was my vitamin D. Feel much better after being on supplements, so would suggest visiting the Dr. Fatigue is awful, so completely sympathise - I felt like I was dragging myself around. Good luck☺

Who is this Dr Fatigue of whom you speak? If he's that awful I hope his patients have made a formal complaint.

My husband suffered this and it was down to his iron levels. Not helped by blood donation! You should get it checked. Extreme tiredness over a prolonged time isn’t right and can be one symptom of many things. Probably easily sourced and then, the recovery from that can begin 😊

I donated blood, too and it didnt help either. I feel soooo tired all the time, no energy and noone can help, they just give advices about healthier food and sports...

Then you must ask for further help. And if you don’t receive appropriate and adequate medical help, complain. We pay our national insurance for a reason. If you have visited your GP, ask for something more. It isn’t paid to line GP pockets so that they can forget what the Hippocratic oath is! It may be diet related and if they want to run through their appointment lists giving that advice, you can just ask for more than lip service. They must act where you have genuine concern and symptoms. If you are tired like you have written here that you are, then there may be something else wrong other than it being diet or exercise related. . If you haven’t had a blood test, ask for one. I know that when we donate, lots of things are tested, but clearly, not the source of your tiredness. Get checked out. All the best! 😊
