My reflection today is about why I am doing this. I have failed so much this week that I had to go back and look at that question and clarify whether I was going to go on, without the slips, or keep making the same mistakes and not learning from them. Yesterday's blog is also on there.
Don't worry you'll talk yourself round and you've justified why you're taking the steps you are. I just looked at the state of my body in the mirror and that was enough. We all have ups and downs. I was three pounds heavier on the scales this morning and I don't really know why though I did have lots of cheese for lunch yesterday bit didn't even have a drink.
Tomorrow is another day.
