First of all i wanna tell you that i had a very unhealthy lifestyle, aswell beside food (and i have to pay for). For about a half year i work very hard to improve it. My family is narrow-minded every meal witouth meat and white flour (paste bread...) lead to dispute.
So until now my diet consisted of meat, white flour bread-pasta, daylie candies ice cream, rice, less fish and eggs. No vegetables and no fruits...
Now i almost completly stopped eating any candy and white flour food (only whole grain), i sarted eating fruits every day + vegetables as much im able to(though i cant smell or see it) and tried to limit meat consum to as much as possible.
Lets get to my main question. Because the food in the inn (lunch) wasnt very healthy i stopped to go there, but now i have a big problem. I cant go home everyday (20+20minutes driving) and there are no options to get cooked healthy food. But i have very close to me a supermarket.
What exactly can i take from there to have an healthy uncooked lunch meal ?
Or any other ideas ? Some kind of food i can take from home with.
Btw i have lactose intollerance.
Thanks for your time.

If we need lunch on the go, we would often buy a salad pot (leaves, cucumber, onions and tomatoes only) and a tin of flavoured tuna, cooked chicken or falafel to go with. I'd tend to use lemon juice for salad dressing (because I like lemon) but there are other dressings available.
We also might get sushi if we can't sort anything else.
You also might be able to get a food flask and heat food through at home in the morning. We got a really good flask from Chilly's that keeps our food steaming hot for hours, although other brands can be quite good too, it just needs some research before you buy.
Welcome to the Healthy eating forum, and I hope you have a really good week. I haven't got anything to add to the great suggestions you've already had, except to wish you the best with your healthy eating goals.
tinned pulses such as lentils, chickpeas and beans IN WATER are a great and versatile way to create healthy protein and fibre rich lunches. Add them to a pack of ready washed leafy green salad with a tablespoon of olive oil, some lemon juice and oregano. Pack the salad and pulses in a container and have the oil and lemon in a little jar to add when you are ready for lunch. Hard boiled eggs and boiled new potatoes together with fresh baby spinach and olive oil is another great option. Again, you can pack it in a container and eat on the go.
Try a brown rice, avocado, steamed veg and canned tuna bowl as well. Make it the night before as it will keep nicely.
You can buy little pots of natural, unsweetened yoghurt and eat them with berries or sliced apple or banana as a healthy snack.
Always have some nuts or seeds like pumpkin seeds for snack. (no more than a handful)
Take a thermos of herbal tea with you and you are all set for a healthy day at work!
Good luck!!
Hello Delato89 first welcome to the community you're in great company for all things healthy eating. This is a great question and here's a link to some great ideas:
Now if you want something warm and have access to a kettle I make a clear soup drink with low salt Swiss bouillon and thats nice with cold food.
You can also buy healthy soups and would just need a heater you get individual cup heaters for things like this and I think the others have all given great advice, so good luck and do let us know how you get on.
Thanks for the great tips i appreciate a lot <3, it will be a pleasure trying them out.
Would all tips given here be enough for having a healthy daylie lunch 5/7 days and ~50weeks or is there anything i should necessarily add to it ?
I normally try to add some whole bread in my diet, but this store close to me does not have it, but rye and spelt and for sure a lot of wheat. But it appears to be you try to avoid it ? I like the idea of organic diets, but according my food pyramid whole bread is one of the must haves (im using the food pyramide from wikipedia swiss 2010-im open to other alternatives aswell ;))
Im happy i can skip some meat atleast at lunch now. I Just fear a bit from bpa(bisphenol-a) from canned food i recently read.
I agree about tinned foods. A good solution for this is Sainsbury's SoOrganic. They put all their tinned beans and pulses in carton rather than tin and also they don't add any salt at all.If you eat beans, legumes, brown rice, sweet potatoes, carrots, bananas, apples and pears then you don't need bread because all of the above are great sources of carbohydrates. There is a lot of sugar, salt and other nasties added to most ready breads, even if they are 'brown', or 'wholemeal' or 'multiseed'. Ideally, you want to make your own, or if that is not possible then you can buy wholemeal pitta bread BUT CHECK ingredient list first.
