Today I reflect on a missed meal and heightened cravings because of it. Because I know myself a lot more than I used to, I was able to tackle wanting to eat rubbish and I even threw a lot of it out so that I couldn't be tempted again. Here's to making sure that you don't miss meals!
Hi Wordsworth2, I can't totally agree that missing meals is "dangerous", but being hungry when there's no healthy food options around can be. I often miss a meal, usually breakfast if I'm not hungry in the mornings. But I do make sure that when I AM hungry, there is a good, satisfying option available to me (I try to eat low carb healthy fat).
