I made this cake with dried apple and pear slices and am pleased with how it turned out. Hereβs the recipe: 225g SR gluten free flour 175g butter 150g Demerara sugar 3eggs 175g dried apple and pear slices I saved some to go on top, 1 tea spoon cinnamon. I sprinkled flaked almonds on top and baked for 35mins 175C until cooked through.
