Day 360: Walking and Out of Breath.

I love walking and found out today how unfit I have become over the last few months. It has made me a little bit more determined to get back to being fit and healthy. Exercising starts again tomorrow and the final stage of getting back to healthy eating and no beer starts Monday 4th. One step at a time.

Hi Wordsworth2

Sounds like you're planning well, one step at a time, and wishing you the best with all your goals.

Zest :-)

Walking is a fantastic exercise for losing weight getting fit and losing belly fat . I have a friend who was really over weight she started walking miles particularly at weekends (she’s a teacher. All her weight has gone and she is looking really good.

I've read your blog Sean I think it only takes three weeks to regain your fitness . Glad to hear youre stretching in the morning and are going to start walking soon well done.

I managed to stay off the booze again today and went out for a three hour ride on the bike. It was heavy going some of the showers were quite heavy, it was bitterly cold and I was cycling into a head wind for some of it which is is quite challenging on hill ascents when the wind is pushing you back. I'm trying to get back to my original weight before my weigh in next Wednesday. Wish me luck 😀

Wow Jeff, that sounds like a great and horrible day at the same time. I'll bet you felt great when you got home and warm? Absolutely good luck getting to that weight, but then I don't think you'll need luck as you have it all in hand. All the best! Sean

Took awhile for my feet to thaw out but felt great after a shower. Exercise and getting out really lifts my mood though Sean ( not that I was miserable) . It's also a win win as I feel it will have done me good and I'll have burnt some calories off as well. Look forward to hearing your progress as when I first came across you on the site you had lost loads of weight and I was in awe at your achievement. You know if you've done it once you can do it again. I would definitely recommend the low carb approach though it won't work with alcohol if you really want results.

Low carb is good. I lost a lot of weight low carb high fat. And I was honestly not hungry, once I got into it properly, also any cravings went. I ate to live. All changed now though!!!!
