I find stewed apples help as well when eaten as a pudding with custard, no sugar or use Stevia! Fibre increase and drinking fluids helps too definitely like Penel suggested!Lack of exercising, walking etc can contribute to constipation Kathleen!
They do recommend a glass of water in the morning when you wake up, before eating breakfast! I have porridge with blueberries 🫐, 1 banana 🍌and a bit of orange 🍊 juice! But you can vary the fruit suitable with porridge! Is your Mum Diabetes 2 or 1 ?🥰🙏
