I Don't know about 'Heathy' Eating.....

Dear All,

This morning, after the Wind had woken me once, about five-thirty, a Banging Door, about an hour, or so, later and a Motor bike around eight-fifteen...... 'Blow It' I thought, I'm getting up! So what DO, you do, under those circumstances? You Cook Breakfast, of course!!! I mean what else?

So two Rashers of bacon, left from the other day, two Crumpets and a 'three egg' Scrambled Egg later.... YumπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. I 'rounded' it off with some Coffee. Ok I'm NOT actually 'Dressed' yet... Nor Washed, or Teeth.... A Good Brekky Though!

Stupidly, since it's Still only- just after- 9:30, I might just put the Crocks into soak... and go back to Bed, for half an hour (or so!).

Hello there are options you can do..

Could if hungry eat light snacks cereal..

I like wheat biscuits topped with long life milk and some honey this helps me decided to get me motivated and wake..

Have that similar with fruit yoghurt or low fat ones add some...

Also soup make your own habits to are to me got this mornings shopping...

On list soup packs these are diced shredded vegetables add stock onion and herbs portion when hungry..

Freeze the rest buy soup bags..

I have these to do so simple bought..

Vegetable root mix..

Leek Potato

Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato ..

Add any other veggies if so wish ..

Simple soup base use a blender or a food processor..

One jar passata, tomato puree one tablespoon, one teaspoon italian seasoning or any herbs or any spices..

Blitz up add to pan along veggies with stock cube water ..

Simmer then portion cool down...

Of course you have made own soup but have this idea as well ... Use with chicken or any meat for a casserole or stew..

Hope some ideas a little more healthy but understand like a cooked breakfast could do this way..

Grill baco poached eggs and mushrooms tomatoes grilled..

Sausage grilled but does not have to be a different day..

Black pudding low in fat another one grill pan that...

Could use chicken sausages I do come some with chilli and are very moorish...

Look for sausage contents the higher the rate the less fat comes out..

90 % Sausage meat and herbs not filled with fillers..

Might be a bit more expensive sorry to say...

Sounds healthy enough to me. I eat pretty much that every day, although no crumpets (usually have some sort of veg or salad instead).
