Has your doctor suggested a low carb. high protein or low carb. high fat diet plan? I'm on a low carb. high protein diet to control both blood sugars better and weight control. I'm also on a gluten free diet because of a wheat/gluten sensitivity issue.

No I've not seen a Dr, I've tried many diff diets, they all work for period of time.
I prefer calorie control as nothing is disallowed. I generally eat healthy, just too much. Not had motivation or will power for awhile. As like for many, past few mths been very up & down. Feel like I'm getting my mojo back 🙂

Have you tried cooking from recipes that indicate the amount of calories in every meal, maybe that might help. I came across keto cookbook which is a free book, has over 100 very yummy receipes for breakfast,entrees,snacks.You can see about it here
