As I shall enjoy a little tipple at the weekend I'm low carb today so I have spare calories left for a bacrdi or 2 later lol....breakfast was fat free greek yoghurt 150g with 50g blueberries and a banana, lunch later is the rest of the prawn s wrapped in lettuce and will make for dinner curried mince and peas from the fast 800...portions can be frozen 292 cals per portion.

Windy out there but least its blue sky and sun. Enjoy your Saturday.

Hi Tessababy1

Your meals sound delicious, and I hope you're enjoying Saturday so far. I have just got back from a walk. It is windy - but I welcomed the breeze.
