Poached apple with vanilla ice cream🍎🍨

Hi everyone I had a nice salad with home grown lettuce and tomatoes and I had some poached apple in my fridge so I had some ice cream with it. I love apples so having them poached was very nice and it’s a perfect treat in this heat.

I often use up eating apples, which are looking a bit sad in the fruit bowl, in this way. I have them with a little cream or Greek yogurt usually. Looks yummy, Jerry!
