These my favourite budget breakfasts costs not a lot cheap easy and nutritionally good for you.

PORRIDGE WITH BERRIES AND APPLE.

Half cup of Porridge Oats.

Frozen Berries defrosted.

Apple diced sliced.

Honey and Cinnamon to taste.

Milk use half and water to cover.

METHOD

Portion of Porridge in a bowl or microwave container.

Add portion milk, water to cover.

Add diced Apple.

Microwave two minutes on high might have to adjust timings.

Use a microwave Pyrex dish be fine.

Stand one minute add end Berries if you add when microwave become mushy so add at end .

Also becomes purple Porridge. Not a good look in the morning we want exciting eye catching food to stimulate senses.

Stir in drizzle honey and top sprinkle Cinnamon.

This can be adapted add Walnuts or Pear diced in.

Good energy release all day .

Other ones to add Apple Prunes .

I would nor buy these packs of dried fruit breakfast mix all too much sugar but these three would.

Apricots, Prunes, Figs.

Use hot water to rehydrate add a portion bowl and cover.

TOASTED MUFFINS WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS AND MUSHROOMS.

One muffin per person.

Three eggs per person.

Butter, Pepper or Chilli Flakes.

Milk touch.

Mushrooms any sliced.

Olive oil.

Need a baking tray oven best way cheats way cook Mushrooms. Drizzle Olive oil add Mushrooms baking tray Low heat and leave.

Or just use saute pan fine .

Scrambled eggs use small fry pan easier to use use a spatula.

METHOD

Toast Muffins slice first and brown slightly.

Eggs way I do scrambled eggs all one jug or bowl.

Three eggs use a cup to crack in to then any shell remove teaspoon easy way.

Add to a jug, add splash milk. Whisk or use a fork lightly beaten.

Heat fry pan medium heat season Eggs anything you wish.

Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper any those be fine.

I use Chilli Flakes quarter teaspoon helps senses morning gets you motivated. Jet propelled. lol...

Swirl butter knob be fine small one add eggs allow to set slightly .

Turn over with a spatula twice and leave turn off heat.

Residual heat continue cooking.

Becomes Omelette scrambled eggs, or if you wish do your way or what ever way you do.

Just know every on has their own preference.

Remove Muffins toaster or grill add eggs top with Mushrooms.

I do this with Potato Cakes.

Crumpets bagels soak in to eggs and pan fry.

Add Mushrooms Tomatoes grilled or oven baked.
