I've been trying to lose weight since June of last year. The progress was really slow at first, but only when I started intermittent fasting that I really noticed some progress. I've lost a total of 17 kilos (37.5 lbs) and still working on reaching my goal weight. I started my pescatarian diet a few days ago, and I'm loving the results so far!
