10 am Breakfast

I really struggle to eat in the morning. I’m on holiday this week so it’s not a problem to have a later breakfast of wholemeal toast, scrambled eggs with chopped tomatoes and bacon medallions, however I generally find myself grabbing quick fix snacks on the go whilst I’m at work. Normally high sugar and lacking nutrition. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Lottie74 your breakfast looks really good a classic holiday breakfast. A really good light breakfast would be yogurt with fruit and then take a banana with you for mid morning at work if you need a snack. You could make overnight oats where you leave them soaking with dried fruit overnight and then you just have to eat it. A grapefruit is another healthy easy choice that you can prepare the night before.

Maybe while on holiday you will feel differently about eating a proper breakfast when you return.

I hope that you enjoy your holiday now. 😎⛱

Nuts to you. Walnuts. Nice crispy crunchy apples next. Stop for lunch, ideally walk to venue and sit down. Ideally a salad -No chips /bread/- lots of green /red/yellow/purple /white stuff. . Walk back. Smile and get stuck in. No energy bars. No nibbles . Be active, get up, move, question, clarify, communicate. You will probably get noticed. Have fun.
