Spicy basa

Had a gorgeous dinner last night, it was that good I didn’t manage to take a photo.

For those who love spice this might appeal to you.

I bought some fresh basa fillets from Morrison’s and wasn’t really sure what to do with them. Googled a few ideas and apparently this fish can withstand good bold flavours so I used some ‘Chilli Mafia’ naga garlic (2 cloves and some paste) per piece of fish.

Baked in the oven and served with new potatoes and tenderstem broccoli ... quick, easy, cheap and packed full of protein ... perfect for after a run!! 🐟 🌶 🥦
