Helloooo. Would anyone be able to tell me if these are healthy? I have been diagnosed with CAD and am trying to cut down on my sugar intake. Not sure if I'm doing good or not. Thankyou

Hi lanc2 . Thanks for replying. Ham and butter mmm... I have them with crunchy peanut butter. The one with no additives and no palm oil

Oat lowers cholesterol, so yes , but watch out for the fat content and make sure they're using sustainable palm oil.

Hi Nessie87. Thankyou for taking the time out to reply. I absolutely love them. I don't eat a lot of them but try to have them now and again instead of bread.

Three crackers with an ounce of low fat mature cheddar sliced thinly, sandwich pickle and some crunchy veggie sticks with light mayo make a great lunch. I find crunchy veggies stop me craving potato chips/crisps.
