I've just joined because I've put on over 8kg in lockdown now I can't swim. Been busy in the garden but eating and drinking far too much. Going to try the 12 week plan. Any advice? Are there recipes on it? I like to cook and would like some vegetarian/vegan dishes to phase in maybe 4 days a week. Thanks

Hello Hidden welcome to the community and I think you'll find that lots of us have put on weight during lockdown and like you say you can't go swimming, so may be you can go for walks?
We have many vegetarian and vegan recipes under topics and before you start to lose weight if you eat a balanced diet your body will be well nourished which's half the battle in losing weight, you also want to see it as a long term goal and take it one meal and one day at a time.
