Goodbye to Salt

One week after throwing all my cooking salt down the drain, my blood pressure has gone back to what my doctor feels is an excellent level , after I was left battling to regulate it with my medication over many many months. I’m so happy and am feeling much healthier and less breathless on my walks!

Did your doctor decrease the dosage for your blood pressure medication?

Hey good for you as its easy to add too much salt so I'm glad that you're feeling better for it as thats such an easy option, so good luck with your no salt diet. 😊
