I'm not sure if this warrants as healthy (it has quite a bit of sugar and empty calories in it) but it does taste good and has quite a few healthy ingredients in it.
I added mangetout to the recipe and am going to add grated carrot as well next time for added nutrition and colour - (I forgot this time round π¬π)
Pros - It's tasty, satisfying and nutritious(ish), it tastes like Wagamamas with no hidden additives or artificial flavours.
Cons - It's not saucey enough and makes a lot of mess.
