Hi everyone,
Here's what I made for dinner tonight, I used mushrooms onions tomatoes garlic then added curry spices including a little nutmeg with frozen carrots spring greens peas broccoli a tin of mixed organic beans. I added some gf flour mixed with cold water to the stock from the vegetables with a little yeast extract and left it to cook slowly away. I washed the brown rice and quinoa and cooked together and thats it really a nice easy meal thats gluten free and plant based.
We've had a cold biting wind today so a nice curry went down a treat. π
